Complete and submit this form to register for the Career Opportunities Fair on September 30, 2026 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Please note that registration will be closed on September 23, 2026 at 4:30 PM or when capacity is reached.

The fair will be held at the Fanshawe College – London Campus – 1001 Fanshawe College Blvd. London, ON N5Y 5R6

The cost for this event is $355 (HST included). 20% discount for not for profit organizations – applied at checkout. Registration includes:

  • One 6ft table and 2 chairs: table space (size is limited to 6' X 2' in an effort to accommodate all employers)
  • Each company can have maximum 2 representatives at the booth
  • Breakfast and lunch is provided for 2 representatives of each company
  • Access to WI-FI
  • Free access to our students and graduates
  • Parking is available for a fee and one space per company will be reserved. Parking details will be provided prior to the fair.
  • Promoting your Company: To promote your attendance to students we will be posting a profile for your company on our student website. Your profile will include information provided in your registration such as company name and description, positions available, website, programs you are targeting and how students can apply to your available positions. As part of your fair registration, we keep your profile posted for one month after the fair to ensure that students who are unable to attend can still get in touch with you and apply to your job opportunities. Therefore, it is important that you include an application or contact method.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations received between August 29, 2026 and September 11, 2026 will receive a refund of 50%. No refunds for cancellations received after September 11, 2026.
