The fair will be held at 120 Bill Martyn Pkwy, St Thomas, ON.

Complete and submit this form to register for the St. Thomas Career Opportunities Fair on October 26, 2026 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Registration will be closed on October 19, 2026 at 4:30 PM or when capacity is reached.

The cost for this event is $225 (HST included), 20% discount for not for profit organizations. Registration includes:

  • One 6ft table and 2 chairs: table space (size is limited to 6' X 2' in an effort to accommodate all employers)
  • Each company can have maximum 2 representatives at the booth
  • Lunch is provided for 2 representatives of each company
  • Access to WI-FI
  • Free access to our students and graduates
  • One complimentary parking space per company
  • Promoting your Company: To promote your attendance to students we will be posting a profile for your company on our student website. Your profile will include information provided in your registration such as company name and description, positions available, website, programs you are targeting and how students can apply to your available positions. As part of your fair registration, we keep your profile posted for one month after the fair to ensure that students who are unable to attend can still get in touch with you and apply to your job opportunities. Therefore, it is important that you include an application or contact method.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations received between September 23, 2026, and October 2, 2026, will receive a refund of 50%. No refunds for cancellations received after October 2, 2026.
