Please complete and submit this form to register for the Aviation Career Opportunities Fair on March 5, 2026 3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Please note that registration will be closed on February 26, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. or when capacity is reached.

The fair will be held at the Fanshawe College – Aviation Centre - 1000 Air Ontario Dr, London, ON N5V 3S4

The cost for this event is $150 (HST included). Registration includes:

  • Table space (size is limited to 6' X 2' in an effort to accommodate all employers)
  • 2 chairs
  • Each company can have maximum 2 representatives at the booth
    • 1 complimentary meal for each representative
    • 1 complimentary parking pass
    • Free access to our students and graduates


Cancellation policy:

Cancellations received between January 30, 2026 and February 14, 2026 will receive a refund of 50%. No refunds for cancellations received after February 14, 2026
